One-to-one psychological support, tailored to your experience of fear after cancer. We work together at your pace, using evidence-based, ACT-informed approaches to help you relate differently to fear and uncertainty — so it no longer has to drive your decisions or shrink your life.
Sessions take place via video call and are open to cancer survivors anywhere in the world. If you are unsure whether individual sessions are right for you, you are welcome to start with a free 15-minute introductory call — no commitment required.
